With the market shifting, the Clayco / LJC team optimized both design and functionality, delivering a hotel that balances efficiency with aesthetic appeal.

The Kali Hotel, Dr. Chaudhuri's contribution to Los Angeles, is in the heart of Hollywood Park, a 298-AC entertainment district. It overlooks Lake Park toward SoFi Stadium and YouTube Theater, with walkable access to the Intuit Dome and Kia Arena.

The Kali Hotel blends the iconic architectural and cultural heritage of Los Angeles with a modern twist, paying homage to the city’s storied past while embracing the innovation of the 21st century, representing glamour for a new generation. The fusion of old and new provides a fresh interpretation of L.A.’s unique identity, making it both timeless and forward-thinking. Designed to create a unique skyline, the hotel’s cascading suites form a distinctive silhouette. The base opens up, serving as a gateway to Hollywood Park. Guests can enjoy a range of luxury experiences, including a spa, a pool deck, and a rooftop lounge.
