When I started Clayco, my goal was to bring innovation to the construction industry by creating an integrated approach. In 1999, with the formation of our design team, that goal became a reality. I set out with a clear vision: to create a space where the best and brightest could come together, building solutions and designs from a truly collaborative foundation. I believed—and still believe—that having architecture as an integral part of our construction process would allow us to better understand our clients’ needs and deliver outcomes that consistently exceed expectations. Our architecture team wasn’t just an addition; it was the heart of a new approach to building, where every detail is designed with purpose, precision, and passion.
