Design Core Council

The culture at LJC is heavily influenced by an emphasis on design and design process. Drawing from diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise, small collaborative teams work together on the firms highest profile design initiatives, continuously refining and enhancing competencies essential to our long term success. This approach provides team members opportunities to contribute to the firms growth as well as their own path to leadership.

Our Design Core Council elevates LJC’s practice of design excellence. The Council also strengthens our firm’s commitment to a forward-thinking, integrated design practice.
